About Me
Hi, I’m Ambrogio – a data journalist and passionate storyteller.
Reading has always been my greatest passion. Ever since I was a child, I’ve lived with a book in my hand and a hundred stories in my mind. This love for literature inspired me to deepen my knowledge and specialize in the humanities, earning both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Modern Literature at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, graduating with top honors. I later advanced my studies with a second-level Master’s in Publishing at the same institution.
My professional journey began at Withub, a company specializing in creating infographics for newspapers across Italy. Here, I developed a solid expertise in data analysis and data visualization, mastering tools like Flourish and Datawrapper to transform complex information into accessible and impactful visuals.
Beyond daily professional demands, I’ve challenged myself with complex projects such as reporting from various parts of the world, focusing on environmental issues.
When I’m not working, I enjoy photography, exploring great food, indulging in pipe smoking, and passionately cheering (and suffering) for my beloved team, Fiorentina.
